Bridge of Allan is a town in the Stirling council area in Scotland, just north of the city of Stirling. This beautiful linear walk links Bridge of Allan to Dunblane, close by the river for path known as the Darn Road which is reputed to date back to Roman times.
Another fantastic visit here. Always our number one choice for lunch due to the impeccable service and delicious food! My daughter had the taco stack special which was divine and I had the green omelet which was also delicious. We will definitely be back again soon. Went yesterday for lunch and had the special which has a tortilla base which was burned. Then a slop of refried beans and avocado My daughter had the baked eggs which were undercooked all for the pricey sum of Visited the hideaway cafe , had chicken sandwich for lunch , have to say presentation on the plate was shocking food heaped on a small plate.
Is this not !! Cute place but SO noisy and this made it far too hard to chat comfortably. Friends and I visited the hideaway for a Christmas brunch get-together. The cafe looks quaint and very cosy.

We’re served by excellent fast public transport links from Glasgow and Edinburgh, and are easily accessible by bus, foot and bike from Stirling city centre or Bridge of Allan.
